1. How long is the Refund process?

Refund is only processed on Friday

2. How to refund payments

1. The customer submits a refund request to Sales or Customer Support (CS) and the reason.

2. Customer Support (CS) fills out the Payment Return Form and asks for approval from superiors and finance departments.

3. How long does the refund take since the Form has been approved?

1. If approved on Monday - Wednesday, then the payment is transferred on Friday of the same week.

2. If approved on Thursday - Friday, then the payment will be transferred on Friday of the next week.

4. To which account number will be transferred the refund?

To the account with the name listed according to the registered NPWP (Tax Identification Number)
